At the moment, we don't accept refunds or returns. If you have any issues please contact us.
*Please, check your address twice when ordering. If your order is mailed back to us due to you providing a wrong address we won't provide refund. However, we will try and send it again if you would like to when paying for shipping costs.

We ship worldwide.
We ship orders every Friday and Monday with Spain Post via stamp and envelope.
Please understand that by making a purchase, you are accepting any risk that can be incurred due to shipping mistakes.
Depending on where you are buying from, please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees and/or duties. These fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.
